Excellent kit, May 14, 2011 Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Canon EOS 7d 18mp SLR Digital Camera (Includes Manufacturer's Supplied Accessories) with 28-135mm USM Is Lens + SSE Huge Lens Accessories Package (Electronics) Ordered kit just before major trip. All items arrived in single, well-protected package, one day ahead of schedule, zero additional costs or fees. Nothing missing, no damage, not even any dents to any of the packing boxes. Everything worked perfectly right out of the box. Can't comment on customer service, because they got everything right the first time, no need to call. Charged up the battery, was taking pictures the next day, camera, card, card reader, lenses & filters seem flawless thus far (almost 700 pics in at this point). Would recommend that Sunset enhance the kit by bumping the card up, from 8 meg to at least 16 meg, and increase card write speed to avoid clogging the camerea buffer with picture bursts waiting to write to the card. Aside from that recommendation, this is an easy 5-star rating, would not hesitate to order from Sunset again.

The package that the kit was shipped in was so beaten up that I was worried something might be broken or badly damaged. Luckily there was no 'visible' damage to the camera body, the lens and the other equipment. Either that or it has not manifested yet. I keep my fingers crossed.
On the side though, one would assume quality packaging based not only on the price (~$2000) but also the nature of the goods. Anyway, I was a little disappointed by all this and don't think that I'll have the confidence to ever buy online again.
